AbroadJobNepal is a platform that helps candidates in Nepal discover verified overseas job vacancies, build a free CV, and apply directly to employers or partner agencies. By using our site, you agree to these terms.
You must be legally eligible to work abroad and able to provide accurate identification and employment documents when required by an employer, agency, or the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE).
Listing a vacancy or submitting an application does not guarantee a job offer, visa approval, or successful placement. Final hiring decisions are made by the employer or partner agency, and visa/travel approval is subject to the relevant government authorities.
Any service fees charged by AbroadJobNepal or its partner agencies will follow the limits set by Nepal's Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) for the relevant destination country, and will always be disclosed to you before you agree to proceed. We do not ask for hidden or undisclosed payments.
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent documents, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
AbroadJobNepal facilitates connections between candidates and employers/agencies but is not responsible for the conduct of third-party employers once you are placed. We encourage all candidates to verify employer details and demand letters before accepting an offer.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, including the Foreign Employment Act, 2064 (2007) and its regulations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
